Born in Gujarat, India, Sankalp has become a destination for authentic Indian cuisine, bringing together
the finest flavors from across the country. From South Indian specialties and North Indian classics to
Hakka Chinese and beloved street-style chaats, every dish is prepared with tradition, quality, and
passion.
In 2022, our Mississauga restaurant proudly introduced Sankalp to Canada.

Handcrafted momos tossed in our signature house-made Sezwan sauce, bursting with bold garlic, smoky red chilies, and aromatic spices. Finished with fresh spring onions and coriander, and served with our homemade Sezwan chutney for the perfect spicy kick.
